Selling an independent pharmacy or drug store?

Mark W. Macoy, LLC represents owners of drug stores in the sale of their businesses. Mark Macoy sold his first drug store in 1998 after the untimely death of his father-in-law, Leigh Gray, the owner of Ariail’s Drug Store in Mountain Brook, Alabama. Since that initial sale, Mark has sold drug stores throughout the state of Alabama. Mark will guide you through every stage of the process of selling your drug store including determining the value of your business, locating and contacting potential purchasers, and negotiating the terms and conditions of the sale. Using Mark to sell your drug store will insure that the sale is kept confidential through closing and will allow you to continue to operate the store during the process. Mark will prepare all documentation required to transfer your business in a manner that will protect your legal interests. Mark will handle the closing of the sale of your business.
