including the letter of intent, asset purchase agreement or stock purchase agreement,
closing statement, bill of sale, stock power, promissory notes, security agreements, deeds,
mortgages, financing statements, resolutions, resignations of officers and directors,
employment agreements, consulting agreements, non-competition agreements, etc.
